Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We have integrated PandaDoc with our CRM software, Salesforce, to produce our quotations for replacement parts. This allows us to have a professional document which we've been able to add links to marketing tools that provide the customer with a more encompassing informational document than our previous proposals offered. We can customize the templates for use on different product lines.

We primarily use the templates that we've created for our quotations. I've also created an introduction to our department that I send to customers with a table of who's who in their support team and a link to download their personalized manual. These are sent to customers about 9 months after their initial equipped start-up.
We have only used the e-signature capabilities so far. We are implementing the credit card Orangeville link as well. This will be a huge time saver and quick planet method for customers to self-serve on their orders.
I love how easy it is to create new templates. I also love to be able to embed the links to provide my customers with useful customized tools that are pertinent to their equipment.

This is great for writing proposals and allowing the customer to have a clear well-informed document. We can add links to videos' web pages, and allow the customer to download items from our document. The only few times that I need to help a customer out is when their email protocol dies not to allow them to open a link that someone sends to them. A few prefer to have a pdf sent to them.
