Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc as a way to meet our clients where they are. PandaDoc allows us to complete program forms for when a face-to-face with the client is not an option. It was especially useful during the pandemic when we had only limited access to our clients. It has helped to make our process more efficient for both our clients and our staff.

Our organization does not use the proposals and quotes features. We mostly use document templates to create our organization documents and forms. We do have a few contract and permissions forms we use with our clients. The reusable templates, integrations, and embedded eSignatures have helped our organization move efficiently into the ever-evolving world of digital services which has in turn helped us to be able to reach a broader client base in our community and work with them in a more efficient manner.

PandaDoc is a great asset in helping our clients to complete paperwork in an efficient manner so that we can process their applications in a more timely manner. It has also been helpful when working with working clients who are not always able to meet face-to-face due to time constraints or work schedules.

PandaDoc Experience

PandaDoc has been such a huge help in helping our clients complete an application, complete surveys, sign permission forms, etc.
We use it on a daily bases at our organization.
Most of the staff and our clients are very happy with it. It has created a way to help our clients when face-to-face is not available.
We really had little trouble integrating with our organization, staff, and clients. It was really simple and easy to use.
Absolutely wonderful performance. A few glitches but worked out quickly.
