Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use Pandadoc for quoting and invoicing. It integrates well with our Hubspot software so it pulls across all contact and business data and puts it straight on the quote. This saves a lot of time compared to our old process where we had to prepare each quote from scratch.

I use about 15 different templates which I can quickly select prior to creating a quote. This saves me 10-15 minutes per quote when compared to our old process. The eSignatures is also really handy and the customers like that they don't have to print/sign/scan like many quotes require.
We don't use these tools because all of these functions are handled really well within hubspot and, as mentioned, Pandadoc has a really strong integration with hubspot. Our customers do review and complete their quotes often using their mobile phones so that feature is well-recieved by our customers. I will explore some of the other features mentioned above
I used some of the template inspiration ideas within their template library and edidted to suit our company brand and style. They look really professional and I didn't even need to engage our graphic designer. The main objective of us using pandadoc was to save time but we ended up getting a very professional looking documents and higher conversion rates.

It is very well suited if you use it in the way we have; quoting and invoicing. It is also really well suited if you use hubspot because of the strong integration. It is probably less suited if you don't have the integration and have to manually edit sections of the document.
