Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks
I use PanTerra Networks in my organization to make hosted voip phone calls, faxing, voicemail storage, and instant messaging. The platform is well integrated and seamless to use. My client base is primarily setup to take advantage of the hosted voip phone and faxing capabilities using their latest telephony hardware. Clients love the ease of the phone system as well as the intuitive portal features.

Easy integration between all platforms and PanTerra Networks, makes connecting with my employees and my technical groups easy.
PanTerra Networks is much more seamless and integrated than Adtran products. The Vonage products are very similiar to the Panterra telephony products. Panterra has a much better call & contact center application and better unified communications. The pricing for Panterra is more integrated than Vonage, which is primarily ala carte. All of the platforms have been proven to be reliable and stable.
