Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Overall, we got what we wanted out of this product. However, I believe there are probably more functions that we did not use due to the fact that there was not communication between PanTerra Streams and us after the install. In my experience, there is not a team who is looking out for you. You have to figure it out on your own.
We used PanTerra Streams for our VoIP phone systems. The system was always up and allowed for all of our phones to forward to our cell phones if we were out of the office for a day. Additionally, all voicemails were sent electronically as emails, so if there was something that came in on a day we were not in the office, but needed to be addressed immediately, we were able to contact that person and resolve the issue.
  • No down time
  • Quality product
  • Emailed voicemail
  • Communication with clients
  • No automatic renewals on three year agreements
  • Difficult to use administrator portal
  • Cumbersome desktop application
  • No cell phone application
  • Positive - this was our first VoIP system, so we learned a lot about what's out there and didn't have a completely negative experience
  • Negative - the system is lacking in features for the price we pay per month.
  • Negative - the lack of ability to use our cell phones and mobile desktop phones makes working in the field challenging for sales people.
I never used customer support other than to cancel my account.
It did not factor in our productivity as we already had a system using Google (G-Chat, Google Meets, etc.).

Do you think PanTerra Networks delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with PanTerra Networks's feature set?

No

Did PanTerra Networks live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of PanTerra Networks go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy PanTerra Networks again?

No

This would be a good system for someone with a small office staff just looking for the bare minimum in having a phone and it providing just the basics. If a company is looking to do more (IE texting from the office phone, using the cell phone as the office phone, etc.) this would not be the best system to use.
