Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation
We use Pardot to send emails to clients and prospects. We use drip campaigns, one off, and one-to-one templates to nurture prospects as well as to track activities. We use activity tracking to not only alert the rep that a prospect is active, but to adjust their prospect score which we use for prioritization purposes. We also use the tool to send one-off announcements, updates, and monthly newsletters to our current clients.
- Their WYSIWYG editor is straightforward and easy to use.
- Variable fields are obvious and easy to use.
- Their support is usually pretty fast.
- Reporting isn't customizable at all.
- There are some issues that aren't obvious between Salesforce and prospect syncing.
- In general, the tool could stand to be a bit more clear. Automation can get complicated and they kind of leave you to make your own mistakes.
- We see a higher conversion rate on new prospects when they receive a Pardot email before a call.
- We've reached a large segment of our client base with important messaging.
- We've removed dependencies on development resources to send emails to our clients.
