Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
I use Paychex Flex on a weekly basis to process my Companies payroll and have my 401K plan automatically uploaded weekly to eliminate human error. I wish the system was more user friendly when I am entering new hires. I am currently the only person to use Paychex Flex at my company other than our employee portal to review weekly pay stubs.
- Payroll is processed very quickly
- Payroll Reports are ready within minutes
- The uploading of our 401K is great.
- Customer service is outstanding.

- The payroll grid needs improvement
- Processing payroll electronically save a lot of time.
- Allowing employee to make changes is a big-time saver for Hunman Resorces
I have not used the reporting
Paychex Flex is somewhat compatible to ADP TotalSource. Total source payroll grid was much easier to navigate

No, I did not know it was an option.
My dedicated support person/team is always extremely helpful. I always get prompt responses; my issues are always resolved in a timely manner. I has an issue where I was unsure how to perform a task my dedicated support person completed the task for me and provided me with step-by-step instructions for future reference.

Yes - The mobile interface works quiet well I am able to process my payroll directly from my phone if necessary.
