Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
I use Paychex Flex daily for paperwork involved in my day to day job, as well as reports and projects for other directors. Paychex Flex makes it easier for my employees to keep their personal information up to date, look at their timeclock punches as well as their check stubs. This makes my life easier.

- I don't like how quickly it times out and you have to re login
- I wish I could have 2 areas of my dashboard open on the screen at once
- did I mention how fast it times out? lol I hate having to re login so frequently when I'm working
- save time not having to get info for employees they can get it themselves
- employees can update their own info, saving time and money
- can run better reports for CFO and CEO
Positively - We use both standard and custom it has helped in everything from the annual budget for the CFO to the Census information for our insurance broker that is negotiating our health insurance renewal.
