Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is our payroll provider, but we also use the app for much of our data transfer to and from employees. The use of the app actually helps communicate with each staff member directly. Communication is one of the most important issues their product addresses. The other ones are probably efficiency of operation and morale. Employees like to manage their own stuff.

Best suited when HR is outdated and not able to perform at the speed of today's technology. HR is a critical part of business, but really gets misused when they are asked to manage data transfer with staff. The staff that responds best to this type of technology is the end-user.
