Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is being used by all three departments for their time tracking, clocking in remotely thorough our phones or tablets. We utilize their analytics and reporting features, and of course, we use them for our payroll service. Through them, we also use Hiretech, which helps us receive additional work credits from our employees. It maximizes time spent on payroll processing, allows for learning from their webinars and quick access to employee information through their reporting features.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I really couldn't tell you how much time we saved using their product. For what we use their product for, the services and time savings seemed to be the same amount from competitors. It was their service that won us over.
Paycor process checks, while Replicon did not. However, the time tracking for Replicon was more advanced than that of Paycor. Replicon provided strong stability for the user, regardless of their service area, and their reporting was one of the best that we ever had the chance to work with. Unfortunately, we wanted a more all in one package, and not have to use various other platforms.
