Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
The main focus was to schedule the campaign agents into their work times. There was also a payment-related use, but that's not in my scope of knowledge. However, I was told that it worked great for the payroll staff. As for my daily use, Paycor has been a wonder in managing my workforce.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I'm not a part of the payroll team, but in a joint session, we were able to explain our experience using the software. I was surprised that most of my fellow co-workers in that area gave very positive reviews about how easy it has been to work and all the time that they had been able to save using Paycor. It was the same case for me in the schedule management section and we are all very happy with the acquisition of this software for this campaign.
Paycor's main advantage over the other managing tools I have used is how fast I learned how to use it and that the information is easy to access while not cluttering the screen. I didn't personally choose to use Paycor; by chance, I got to use it in a new campaign, and I'm very glad I did because it gave me more time for the rest of my tasks.
