Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Since I started with my current organization, we have always used Paycor. But, in conversation with co-workers and our payroll team, I have heard that prior to Paycor's implementation, many of our processes were very manual and took a lot of time and that they were ineffective prior to Paycor's utilization.
