Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We utilitze Paycor as our complete HRIS system. We use Paycor Recruiting, Benefits Advisor, Etc. It helps us in the creating a simple, continuously flowing hiring process across multiple locations.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Since I started with my current organization, we have always used Paycor. But, in conversation with co-workers and our payroll team, I have heard that prior to Paycor's implementation, many of our processes were very manual and took a lot of time and that they were ineffective prior to Paycor's utilization.
There is of, of course, a learning curve like there is with any new software system. But once you have gotten a grasp, Paycor really does prioritize assisting it's users and helping them learn new functions.
In a position where you are continuously working on bringing on new hires, Paycor has made my life so easy from all steps in the hiring process including initial communication, setting up interviews, sending offer letters, onboarding, etc.
