Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is used to run payroll and automate HR operations. Employee information is stored here, and payroll is processed. It is also utilized for recruiting, using the applicant tracking system. Paycor is used to simplify many steps in these processes, making it easier to recruit, onboard new hires, run payroll, and keep track of employee equipment and certifications, birthdays, performance reviews, and more.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Paycor saves time on basic and mundane tasks. I believe it saves this organization time because previously tasks like onboarding, payroll, equipment and certification tracking, and applicant tracking were done manually. Having them done automatically is convenient and saves time. Automating these processes does not save a ton of time but helps out.
I have not used any products like Paycor.
