Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We utilize Paycor for Payroll, performance management, documentation, recruiting, etc.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Paycor is any easy system to integrate with. We have saved time by integrating with our benefits administration system as well as our 401K program. It has definitely saved us time being that we do not have to manually enroll or make changes in multiple systems now.
Paycor is one of the most user friendly systems I've used. All services are straightforward and easy to locate. Your dashboard is completely customizable that allows you to make the system work best for you. I've experienced many systems that over-complicate the simple day-to-day task that HR does and feel like Paycor does a great job of making my HR life easier.
With using ADP in the past, the system itself did not offer a lot of services as far as performance management or employee engagement. Same goes for Kronos. I enjoy that Paycor offers a lot in these areas and it is an all-in-one system.
Paycor is well suited for running Payroll for small - mid size businesses.
