- Dedicated Customer Service Representatives
- Recruiting Platform cannot be currently used to actually recruit people. Its only an ATS.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Paycor is any easy system to integrate with. We have saved time by integrating with our benefits administration system as well as our 401K program. It has definitely saved us time being that we do not have to manually enroll or make changes in multiple systems now.
With using ADP in the past, the system itself did not offer a lot of services as far as performance management or employee engagement. Same goes for Kronos. I enjoy that Paycor offers a lot in these areas and it is an all-in-one system.
