Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for all of our HR needs. We started out implementing Payroll in 2017 and slowly evolved to utilizing Onboarding, Performance, Community and most recently Compensation. This system was a godsend during COVID - most of our processes were completely electronic which made the shift to working remotely an easier one.
- Leaning on their customers to determine enhancements to the system
- Elevate Conference is a great way to learn more about the system
- Innovative in coming up with new products that help HR professionals on a daily basis
- Custom Calculations can be complicated and take time to create within the system
- I've had a lot of Account Managers over the last few years, it would be nice to have a constant person to deal with regularly
- It would be nice to reach out to the department (like tax) directly when I have questions or a new state we need to have set up
- Easy report building so HR can provide Senior Leaders with all the info they need to make good business decisions
- Reduced errors with less manual payroll calculations
- Senior leaders have Data Insights at their fingertips and can make good decisions based on the info they have
We were able to automate a majority of our HR and Payroll processes so when COVID happened we were able to adjust to working remotely quickly.
Impressions were an organic process that employees discovered on their own. We didn't have to explain how to award Impressions so this was extremely helpful with boosting employee morale. Community has given us another platform to share information with employees at home and at work.
