Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HRIS for recruitment, onboarding, learning & development
My main scope is recruitment
  • merging job posts to job sites
  • organized space for recruitment process
  • notification reminders
  • pulling reports of screener questions
  • specified section for recruitment training for hiring managers
  • more automation by connecting scheduling interviews to google calendar
  • ability to take live notes where multiple interviewers can see each others responses like a live google document
  • instilling a do not contact button for an applicant that will apply for when they apply multiple times
  • offer letters to be auomatically sent to the candidate once approved
  • notifications reminders to candidates and recruitemnt if a candidate has not signed their offer within 48 hours
  • strategy session (intake meeting) section for recruitment and hiring managers to continously work off of per each position
  • notification for hiring manager to fill out an employee requisition form once a new position opens up and a way for recruitment to send hiring manager a survey via Paylocity to have them fill out the form so we can start recruitment for the role
  • a more thorough feedback form
  • a way to automatically send candidates a post interview survey
  • record name pronounciation for candidates
  • automated offboarding process
  • all recruitment modules via the mobile and ipad app
  • more consistent processes
