Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, reviews, training, and benefits administration. I oversee everything that touches MTC Federal and Paylocity.

Very positively
It helps to keep our multi-location works sites well informed.
We picked Paylocity as we believed it was a better product. I was also told that customer service was great (but, in my opinion, it is not).

It is an amazing payroll product! Very easy to use. In my experience, calling into service is a huge challenge. I find I get inconsistent answers and oftentimes absolutely no follow-up. I had an open case for 8 months, which is ridiculous. They say I have a dedicated service rep, but when I call in; that person never answers.
