Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to support running payroll and onboarding applicants as well as administering benefits.
  • Providing a wholistic suite of HRIS solutions
  • Providing time clock and timecard implimentation
  • On-average, low wait times for customer support
  • Faster solutions for problems, not passing problems from department to department
  • Better integration with ATS systems
  • Better training for team-members out of state (sometimes get different answers to questions depending on who you ask)
  • Improved time expenditures and error reduction
Mostly positively. I appreciate that each month they have new product briefs that can assist with our business goals and projections.
I do not use this feature- I think it is a little juvenile.

Yes

Paylocity is well suited for a mid-sized workforce (200-500) who don't have many manual edits to payroll or profiles. Paylocity can be hard to manage for hospitality businesses who may have individual experiences (on-site working interviews etc.)
