Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity to onboard new hires, process payroll, communicate with staff through the community module and time keeping. I like the community module however, it does not offer a lot of options such as adding multiple photos to an announcement or posts.

The payroll process and time tracking is simple and easy to learn and use.
The community modules makes it easy for me to communicate important information to the staff.

I was unaware there was additional support.
Deanna, our account manager has been amazing! We had some major issues come to our attention that needed to be corrected and she helped us resolve the issues in a timely manner and with so much patience. I am forever thankful for her!
