Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity for Payroll, Time and Attendance, Performance, Benefits, HR, Learning Management, onboarding, recruiting and surveys. I love that the system is easy to use and does what they
said it would do. The features that are
available are great and I like that you can add and remove the different
features/modules to fit your needs. I
love that it has file feeds to my benefit carriers as well.

- The system is easy to use.
- They continue to make updates to the system to make it better.
- The mobile app lost its ability for employees to update their direct deposit.
- You have different service emails you have to remember for the different products.
- It made running payroll so much easier that i have more time to do other things.
I don't use a lot of the automation in the system yet.
We use the impressions to drive our employee recognition program, and our employees love it.
