Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for Payroll, Time and Attendance, Performance, Benefits, HR, Learning Management, onboarding, recruiting and surveys. I love that the system is easy to use and does what they
said it would do. The features that are
available are great and I like that you can add and remove the different
features/modules to fit your needs. I
love that it has file feeds to my benefit carriers as well.
  • The system is easy to use.
  • They continue to make updates to the system to make it better.
  • The mobile app lost its ability for employees to update their direct deposit.
  • You have different service emails you have to remember for the different products.
  • It made running payroll so much easier that i have more time to do other things.
I don't use a lot of the automation in the system yet.
We use the impressions to drive our employee recognition program, and our employees love it.

Paylocity is suitable for anyone looking for an easy-to-use payroll/HR platform. I love that I don't have to have multiple systems to do all the things I need to do as an HR professional. If you run payroll in-house, this is the system for you.
