Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I have worked in HR for over 15 years and Paylocity has been the best HR/Payroll system I have ever used. There is no such thing as perfect software but Paylocity beats the competition! They have a wonderful team of Client Support Reps that answer calls in less than 30 seconds every time. The system is robust with a lot of features but also extremely simplified and easy to use. We switched to Paylocity from another system because I needed a more robust platform for recruiting and onboarding. Paylocity has solved so many of my problems.

We were an extremely paper heavy company when I first started. We have successfully gone 90% paperless with Paylocity. It is also a huge time saver when it comes to all things Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll!
I don't use any of the employee engagement tools offered through Paylocity although they seem great! My employees currently use Paylocity for time and attendance and time off requests and are extremely satisfied with the process.
It was an overall better suited system for us. I loved the look and feel more than the competition.
