I use Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, managing employee personal/employment information, learning, and time & attendance.
- On-boarding
- Payroll processing including punching in/out
- Payroll adding pay types and pay codes
- Payroll reinstating employees
- Better response time with Service/assistance with problem solving
- Initial General Ledger setup requires more time

Paylocity has allowed me more time to focus on administrative duties i.e. personnel, compliance, benefits, budgeting, and health/wellness benefits.
As a new client, I am learning more about the above products weekly. Learning videos have provided the staff with excellent engagement tools. The school nurse and I are looking to add some health videos.
Paylocity provides more services i.e. onboarding, which allows on-line processing of personal information and forms needed to complete the process. In addition, employees are able to view/download their paystubs and update their banking and withholding as needed.
