Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for a Human Resource system for our company. We use it for processing payroll, tracking time cards, tracking employees' paid time off usage, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, and much more.
  • Simple payroll process.
  • Being able to look at audits of everything done.
  • Having the option to undo anything.
  • The customer service calls in department.
  • Urgency on important problems.
  • Some things are complicated to access.
  • Simple process for everything.
  • Less time spent on processing payroll.
  • Easy access to important information.
With all the updates coming in, it has made doing everything less time-consuming. It is easier to navigate for administrators and employees.
We use the community page in Paylocity for important and fun announcements. Employees have been using their impressions of one another, which increased morale. Surveys are a useful tool to get feedback or information on anything.
