We use Paypro Workforce Management across [the] entire organization.
  • Good customer service.
  • Comprehensive product.
  • Flexible options for different payroll needs.
  • Some features are hidden deep in menus.
  • Sometimes changes are made to the screen view and you don't know about it.
  • Time and attendance allows for accurate payment of hours worked.
  • Adding attestation questions to clock in saves time for COVID screening.
  • Ease of pulling info out of Paypro Workforce Management for essential labor reporting for manufacturing job costing.
Most answers received in a timely manner. Glad to have a single contact for most questions. Also they have specialist[s] for tax dept, T&A and benefits.
Better customer service.
Better understanding of my corporate environment.
More knowledgeable staff.
