Paytm is used as a payment gateway and a reliable option to quickly receive and send money to other users. The transactions are extremely safe and there's usually no transaction fee. The app is very robust and has frequent updates every other week. It helps the organization take in quick payments and also for sending quick payments in India. It addresses the old school problem where you need complete receiver info like IBAN, etc. With Paytm all you need is a phone number and the money is quickly sent across.
