Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily used PerformYard to track employee progress within the company and department. The tool is used to hold employees' goals in a neutral location so both parties may review and acknowledge what has been set before them. Quarterly, employees meet with management to review and track progress and evaluate performance. We also use the tool to better understand employees' perspectives on their career goals and what they desire to achieve while working with our company.

PerformYard truly does have the essentials for helping companies not only track information but hold employees to realistic expectations and accountable for their progression within the establishment. We as team leads are in the meetings to better understand our employee's goals so we know what they have ahead of them, but they receive the opportunities to share their desires and career goals to better help understand their perseverance in the workplace.
