Overall Satisfaction with PowerApps
We have used PowerApps to create custom cloud-based solutions for on-prem systems. This has allowed us to go fully virtual and provide a wealth of information and systems to our customer service representatives to drive a world-class customer experience. We have built a custom invoicing system which allows the customer service representative to generate invoices upon request for our customers.
Pros
- Low Code Solutions
- Flexible connections
- Built In Database(CDS)
Cons
- Exporting Data out of the CDS is very limited
- Save screen to PDF or Save data table to PDF
- Data imports could be easier
- Create custom applications to drive customer experience
- The agent experience has improved
- Costs of use compared to some on-prem solutions has drastically went down
- Microsoft Power Automate (formerly microsoft flow)
PowerApps and Power Automate go together in the Power platform. They are made to work together to create a vast collection of connectors and out of the box pieces that come together to make a whole application. If you are unable to complete a task from within PowerApps, Power Automate is the best choice to look for that task.
