Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use it to send out promotional products that are branded to potential customers, current partners, and customers and to use at events for promotional marketing.

They have, without a doubt the best support of any company I've ever worked with for this type of business model. The Calendly links I can use to book with my rep are a literal dream come true. She is always checking in on me, even when I might drop the ball. I cannot recommend them enough for the quality of their customer service.
Unfortunately, I am new in my career and have never used another service like this.

It would not be appropriate for a company with more than 2500 employees or a certain amount of volume. I tried to buy something last week and they only had 500 units of it. That was enough for me but wouldn't be for another company, unfortunately. It's really well suited for enterprise companies that have a lot of outreach and marketing initiatives.
