Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection for all of our company swag needs. This includes new hire swag, general employee swag and items created for company wide events. The quality of products are great and always a big hit with employees. The customer service is wonderful and very hands on. I know I can ask questions any time or I can schedule time to chat with a rep if I need to. Once you get used to the platform, it's pretty user friendly.

  • Definitely a positive impact. Employees love their swag and there are always requests for items! It helps a ton with employee engagement and new hires love getting swag right when they start working for us.
Like I said, in the past the support was not great, but ever since our reps changed we've had a very different experience. We are happy with our partnership with Printfection and the items that have been created for us so far.

You can use swag for so many things. The catalog of items is quite overwhelming, so sometimes I ask them to narrow down some ideas for a particular event. They've recently created two different decks with options beautifully and clearly laid out. I really appreciate that hands on approach and it helps us make decisions quicker.
