Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We have engaged ProCore across many departments in our company, and currently use it for pre-planning, project management, field management, and cost management.
  • ProCore continually updates its software to include substantial improvements. They put a lot of emphasis on collecting feedback and improving based on user responses.
  • ProCore serves as a centralized project management platform. Most facets of project management can be controlled in ProCore, and ProCore is integrating more and more features continually.
  • ProCore's image recognition software makes drawing and submittal management much easier and alleviates data entry needs.
  • Accounting features are still weak, despite their integration efforts.
  • Photo Management is lacking integration with other features, however ProCore is already addressing this.
  • Although they are testing BlueBeam integration for submittal management, the features of BlueBeam and BlueBeam Studio should be replicated in ProCore without multiple software subscriptions and needless integrations.
  • Saves Time
  • Improves organization of a project
  • streamlines communications
ProCore was historically on the upper spectrum when compared to similar software programs. In the past year, ProCore has left the competition behind.
ProCore has the most strength in field management and is very valuable in project management. It is less appropriate for cost management, but I hope this feature will continue to improve.
