Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is used to handle all of our project management online needs.

Pros

  • Submittals - Great organization
  • RFIs - Great distribution
  • Photos - Great access to clients / consultants

Cons

  • Templates should offer more customization.
  • Verbiage should have the ability to be modified (i.e. - change "change events" to "field orders, proposal requests", etc.).
  • Offer additional access within pages ( i.e. have an internal photo album and an external photo album).
  • Crucial for maintaining schedule
  • Great collaboration tool
  • Built in document sharing saves on costs for dropbox
Really no competition.
There really is no other software that has this array of capabilities.
