Overall Satisfaction with Procore

In our company Procore is implemented across all departments helping with both management of projects and the financial side of the project. It keeps all project information together on one platform which ensures that all information is readily available in real time. Anyone in the project team can track how the project is doing from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Very user-friendly- aka simple to follow
  • Provides learning tools for all aspects of its functions
  • Home page shows a great snapshot of the current project status
  • I think requisitions could be done systematically rather than having to open new pages for each new step
  • Still adapting to the Australian market
  • Not as flexible as it could be for differing contract types
  • Readily track change events - aka user and client are informed of possible projects scope/cost changes so no surprises
  • Real time tracking of budget
  • Allows PM or director to directly track labour time and costs
Procore is the best project tracker I have used. Its main downfall though against other software is the financial side however it is improving.
Procore is fantastic for information gathering through the RFI and Submittal tools. This allows all approvals and requested information to be tracked and readily available at any time and by all people involved in the project. I think general emailing is easier through Outlook, although Procore does have a great tool for sending and receiving emails.
