Overall Satisfaction with Procore
ProCore is currently being used across our entire organization and is responsible for 80-90% of our daily operations. It addresses all aspects of project management, accounting, and contracts. Our current users consist of our executives, project managers, engineers, and coordinators.
- File management. ProCore makes it easy to stay on top of current plans while organizing and showing previous versions.
- Contract distribution. Coordinators are easily able to prepare send and process contract agreements.
- Bidding. We've used other bid management software before but ProCore's stands above as being easy to use and teams are able to follow up with trades automatically saving time and resources.
- Training. A printed guidebook would be extremely helpful in lieu of training videos. The videos are not enticing and do not excite our employees. We've found that having a master user learn the program and train works better, but written guides that we could print and hand out would be ideal.
- Flexibility with forms. It would be great to not rely on the custom forms department as much as we have been. Being able to adjust little things such as re-wording fields would be ideal.
Our company has benefited greatly. We are able to collaborate at all levels of the project management team. Being able to hold architects and owners to deadlines is a huge asset, as it is for our subcontractors as well.
- Still too new the system to provide appropriate feedback. But it's saved us paper and has increased efficiency.
ProCore encompasses the benefits of multiple programs but is rolled into one.
