Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are currently using Procore across all of our construction projects in all aspects of project management except the financial module.
- Drawing Management
- Observations, including near-miss reporting, non-conformance
- Inspections
- Managing workers on site, hours and number of workers
- Drawings: would be good to copy or transfer to other projects linked to the main project.
- Directory: Would be good to be able to write a note after a call has finished for the reason for the call. We used to be able to do this but it doesn't work anymore.
We haven't used any other products previously like Procore.
Our owners love being able to see how their build is progressing through the photos tool. Senior Management also likes that they can get almost real-time updates on all projects.
- Site staff was difficult to get on board with the use of Procore—still having this issue.
- Current drawings are available to everyone with access (contractors have no excuse).
- The project program is readily available also so no one can say they don't know.
- Generating reports are a lot quicker.
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
- Report on incidents and inspections
- Identify job site risks
- Simplify employee time tracking
We have a more realistic view of man hours onsite. Site diary is a great way to capture this information providing they site is 100% supervised. a little harder when smaller unsupervised sites.
