Overall Satisfaction with Procore
I use Procore to manage the tendering and the execution of mechanical construction. Procore helps greatly in the integration between the field and the office, saving time and money in this process. Things like printing, taking to the field, handwriting, signing, bringing back, and scanning T&Ms don't exist anymore here, for example. It is all done through Procore, seamless and [efficient.]
- Integration
- Tracking
- Organization
- User friendly interface
- Change orders being not editable after approval unless the recent ones are put back to draft
- Poor reliability of the Procore Sync
- Lack of tool to assign parts of an approved change order to certain individuals
- Saved time in exchanging information between the field and the office
- Increased efficiency by eliminating printing
We have NetSuite and BuildCentrix integrated with Procore, and they both [have] been working very well, saving us a reasonable amount [of] time spent in maintaining all systems separately, providing a lot more useful data for reports and KPIs, and also avoiding my human error mistakes in the process as a whole.
We have not been using daily logs currently.
To be fair, I only have contact with the other products through some client's platforms, so I can't compare them fairly.
