Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are a General Contractor, so Procore is a big help to us for communicating and streamlining between our office staff, owners & subcontractors. My position consists of multiple departments- HR, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Compliance & a few more so Procore makes it easy for me to get exactly what I need and get it quickly.
  • Procore is very user-friendly, everything is labeled well, easy to understand & the overall flow is great.
  • The Help/Training/CEU area of the site is absolutely top-notch. The vast variety of options is so helpful. There is always something new to learn and an easy way to learn it!
  • I love that Procore integrates with so many softwares and offers the options to partner with other customers to make my job more streamlined- which in turn saves us money.
  • Procore does an amazing job of listening to their customers suggestions. They're always asking for opinions, ways to improve, etc. I have never seen a company so interested in what their customers think.
  • There are a lot of areas that I haven't used or don't use often, so I can't comment on most of the items I have heard complaints on & it wouldn't be fair of me to do so.
  • The only issue I ever have when using Procore is when I am in my subcontractor invoicing area. When I am looking for a sub's billing & want to do a search in all of the billing periods, the entire list of billing periods doesn't show up until I click on billing periods, wait for the page to load, click back over to invoicing, click on the billing periods drop down, sometimes they will all be listed, sometimes I have to click back to the billing period tab & refresh.
  • I can't directly comment on this as I haven't had enough direct involvement with the ins & outs of Procore in the year I have been at Acme Enterprises.
We integrate with Sage100, I don't have direct involvement with that process but my co-workers seem to be happy with the integration.
The Daily Logs aren't something that I use often in my position but they have come in handy when I need to know when/if a sub is on site. It's easy to search and get the information I need.
I started working here shortly after Procore was brought on board, so I am not sure which other products were looked into but I can't imagine there would be anything that would compare or surpass Procore.
