Barber uses Prophix in the Finance Department to support other departments such as Programs and Human Resources. Prophix helps us to address business problems such as wage analysis, dashboard metrics, time savings at month-end, etc.
We also use Prophix to help our Clinical program with their productivity reports. Prior to using Prophix, they were using very cumbersome process using excel. They also had very limited functionality for the reports that they were using. Now they are able to see details and the data in graphical format which is appealing to everyone!
We also use the Dashboarding functions for our monthly and quarterly meetings. This has replaced another excel based cumbersome process. The dashboards allow users to look at the big picture to understand operations and then can drill down as needed to the areas that need more focus.

We import data automatically on a nightly basis from Great Plains into Prophix. We can also import as needed. This works seamlessly.
Deployment flexibility is very important to our organization because we still want to stay on-premise but appreciate the possibility to be able to move to the cloud.

- Adaptive Insights and a Workday company
We selected Prophix over Adaptive because they seemed to be able to tackle our detailed multi-tiered allocations and adaptive could not do that. Also, adaptives customer service was definitely not as robust as Prophix.

We have had much success with process improvement in our very lean accounting department. We have experienced countless hours of savings during budget season and month end. We have learned that Prophix is a very flexible tool which can do almost anything that you can dream up!
We track various non financial metrics such as client capacity, vacancies, occupancy % and more.

We greatly benefit from line item details. Our IT department uses this functionality so that they could do away with a stand alone spreadsheet for their software costs
We have benefited from uses all of these features. Workflow helps us to keep our budget tasks on schedule, report binders helps with distribution of month end reports, we uses a series of infloflexes for our multi tiered allocations - saving our team over a day each month.

Being open and honest is my best tip. Come up with a roadmap for what you want the product to do for your company. Have your must have list and your ultimate wish list. Communication is key.

We recently purchased the customer success program due to an upcoming cloud migration. It will also help with an Admin Turnover that we have going on. We are able to utilities the Admin turnover insurance.
Yes - Yes it was resolved very timely and without issue. Some of the bugs have been fixed in seasonal updates. Others were adjusted with “bandaids” prior to seasonal updates.
I had a decent performance issue during a very busy time of the year for my organization. Prophix recognized the importance of fixing the issue and took care of it right away!
