Overall Satisfaction with Pure Storage FlashArray
Storage for ESXi environment and storage for VDi, used across the whole organization, solved speed issues with storage migrations and VDi issues.
- It's fast, very very fast.
- Dual controllers built-in so nothing goes down when we lose a controller.
- Data dedupe, so we are not growing and will have plenty of space.
- Better active design.
- The cost of the product is a little high but it is well worth it.
- They do not have a NAS front end.
- Storage compaction of VDi images so we have saved a lot on our space.
- Performance the speed is awesome.
- The management interface is extremely easy to use.
Pure beats the Dell Compellent hands down on implementation, support, speed, dedupe, use, and management interface.
It beats Quantum on everything but dedupe. Quantum has the best dedupe capabilities.
