Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

QuickBase is used primarily by the sales and lead generation departments to organize leads and maintain/report on communication. It helps to address pipeline management and ownership of said leads.

Yes, it has significantly improved business application deployment. QuickBase tremendously organized the way we did business with current and future clients, therefore maximizing our ability to be consistent and scalable.

QuickBase is excellent for new CRM users--easy to read reporting and charts for sales statistics. Clear communication reporting for those who want to keep an eye on outbound and inbound rep comms.

It is very manual, and logging communication can be time-consuming. It also doesn’t pair well with outbound tools (to my knowledge).
