Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

QuickBase is used primarily by the sales and lead generation departments to organize leads and maintain/report on communication. It helps to address pipeline management and ownership of said leads.

Pros

  • Clear communication reporting
  • Easy user interface
  • Accessible charts and pipeline review

Cons

  • Doesn’t sync well with other outbound software
  • A bit manual compared to other CRMs
  • Can be slow on occasion

QuickBase is excellent for new CRM users--easy to read reporting and charts for sales statistics. Clear communication reporting for those who want to keep an eye on outbound and inbound rep comms.

It is very manual, and logging communication can be time-consuming. It also doesn’t pair well with outbound tools (to my knowledge).
