Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our Learning and Development department uses Quickbase, specifically an application called Train-Pro Central, to track and manage training projects. This product allows us to track time spend on each project, report out on project statuses, and capture metrics. We also use this product the track and manage our Education Assistance program.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Dependability. The system has been "down" a handful of times in 9 years.
Very customizable - we have been able to make the system do anything we need it to do.
Support - support has been awesome and we have received the advice or assistance we need quickly and accurately.

Cons

The price has risen quite a bit since we first started using Quickbase, but the account mangers have been more than fair as they work with us to keep an affordable rate.

Likelihood to Recommend

We use the Train-Pro-Central application so I am only able to speak to that piece. This product works fantastic for us to track our projects. There is nothing we need that it does not provide.
