Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We use this software to record our building management transactions, the software works well with Buildium, the property management software we use. We enter bills from accounts payable and accounts receivable, we are able to reconciliate bank statements and issue compensations for employees through the software. We also use the check printing and bill pay capabilities.

- Popular software, a lot of people have some knowledge.
It has been difficult to add vendors and clients and designate them to certain departments and projects. We have had support from the company, but I think this can be made easier.
We are currently using two different accounting software and are trying to merge them. It looks like QuickBooks might have some more advantages compared to the other, the best being it's more widely used so it's easier to hire people who already have experience with the software.
QuickBooks is more popular and widely used, it's easier to find potential employees that already have experience with it. Sage is more professional it feels.
