Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use QuickBooks to manage our entire organization which includes multiple businesses. Once training was complete, our users have gotten more efficient and they report feeling productive. Can't really ask for more when it comes to accounting software. QuickBooks also makes it easy to collaborate with our outsourced accounting team.

We hit a few bumps in the road, but nothing that couldn't be solved with extra time studying the program and consulting customer service.

We do not use the program on mobile, but we haven't had issues working remotely.

Industry-Specific Uses

We track invoices from a lot of vendors in different categories. QuickBooks helps tremendously with this.

Alternatives Considered

We chose QuickBooks because we were familiar with older versions. So far, we're glad we made this choice!

Likelihood to Recommend

QuickBooks Online Advanced is well suited for managing our smaller businesses. If your business is quite large or the number of users [is] extensive, there may be some issues.
