Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use Quickbooks Online Advanced on a daily basis for billing, human resources and time tracking. It helps up keep better track of time management, inventory and billing.

- Setting up a new employee to use Quickbooks Time
- Matching transactions to the bank
- Customer support could be more direct
- Keeping track of hours better
- Reconciling bank statements
- Tracking material used on jobs
The set up was a bit strenuous but I was able to contact customer support and get the help I needed.
We do not have employees in various locations.
QuickBooks Online helps us be able to track labor and material in the office and in the field. It is nice to be able to do invoicing in the field if needed.
We were already using QuickBooks Desktop and decided to go to online due to being more user friendly.
