Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
Its my only accounting software for the company. It addresses the limited time I have to do accounting by providing many tools that boost efficiency.
- OCR for receipts/invoices
- Automatic mileage tracking
- Automated recurring transactions
- Easier access to Estimates
- The low monthly cost really helped me when starting out so I didn't have to come up with a large amount for accounting software.
- I was able to get started quickly without taking time away from other tasks.
- I was able to quickly implement accounting practices that saved me time.
It was so easy to get started. There were brief tutorials for common tasks and their support community had plenty of articles for anything I had questions about.
Love having the mobile app so all my info is available to me wherever I am.
I needed quick and easy accounting software at a reasonable price and it offers all that and more.

At my last job we used Sage 50. It wasn't nearly as easy to use and had less features and cost more.
