Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use QBO Advanced for managing all of the bookkeeping clients within our company.

Pros and Cons

Bank Reconciliation is easy and efficient
The categorizing of the same transactions makes it more efficient
Invoicing customers reoccurring

Downloading bank transactions

Return on Investment

Positive, as I am able to create invoices in a timely manner for customer and not manually make invoices

Implementation

The set up was easy and the training process wad manageable. I started using QBO Advanced immediately

Cloud-Based System

I have two workers who live in different states, and being able to access the cloud based system from anywhere has been helpful.

Industry-Specific Uses

I am an accountant, I mange the books of my clients through QB.

Alternatives Considered

I have no used any other accounting software.

I believe that the efficiency of the bank reconciliation process is easy from month to month. I have trouble downloading bank transactions for two clients, not sure why, and so these transactions have to be uploaded monthly.
