Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
QuickBooks Online Advanced enables me to add unlimited GL accounts, Classes and Location tracking. This is a huge benefit for the larger clients that I manage. Up until recently, QuickBooks Online Advanced was a flawless workhorse machine. Sadly, recent changes have created havoc for me across the board in all QuickBooks Online Advanced platforms. My thoughts about the software have greatly diminished.
- Unlimited GL Accounts
- Unlimited Classes
- Unlimited Location tracking
- Should not make comprehensive changes across the board
- In my experience, errors seem to be the norm now and support cannot correct
- In my experience, when tickets are elevated for service, nothing is ever done.
- Previous version of QuickBooks Online Advanced has made accounting easy and seamless (again, until the recent changes)
Immediate. No issues beginning or continuing usage until recent changes across all QuickBooks Online Advanced platforms.
Employees, Clients and Vendors are all scattered across the United States. QuickBooks Online Advanced ties everyone together and makes things easy.
My Clients are in the Nonprofit industry and QuickBooks Online Advanced is not necessarily a good fit but it is user friendly for the client-side. I have used other platforms for which reporting for nonprofits is far better however the overall workability of QuickBooks Online Advanced makes it a better choice for me - or at least it did until recent "improvements."
