We use this tool in my department and not in the whole organization. It solves the different issues we use to have like getting more contacts on social media and knowing what they are interested in and the needs of people we are trying to reach.

  • It is heavy with a lot of functionality and a lot of information.
  • Increased the number of contacts to increase our conversion rate.
  • Increased our knowledge of our partner and contacts so we could be more specific with them.
We often have the issue where we run out of contact and this tool is particularly good to increase the number of contacts we try to reach. Also, you can get positive feedback and results very quickly.
