Overall Satisfaction

Administer machines across the organization with remote access without having to visit each machine onsite.
  • Reliable, fast, and realtively easy to use.
  • Setup is not for the novice user as firewall and router ports need to be properly configured.
  • Security over internet is weak.
  • Better customer service.
Real VNC is free although not supported on Windows 7 which I must use TightVNC.
Tighten up security over internet and perhaps make it easier to deploy to clients. Keep it free but should be easier to setup and use similar to LogMeIn.
Remote access outside the internal network is less than appropriate.
