Overall Satisfaction with Rimini Street

Mostly yet. Rimini Street Team established direction with our enterprise MS TEAMs, which helped a lot for instance communications and quick issue resolution.
  • Weekly meeting to track ticket status
  • Assign resources to oversee issue resolution
  • Proactively work on aged tickets
  • Internal resource pool of experts
  • Ticket management can be more proactive on any aging ticket
Mostly yes, but I would like to spend more time with Rimini Street to fully verify their consistency of good performance.
Mostly good, but one over aged ticket. If change request estimate can be provided quicker, it will be better.
  • Resolution of issue seems okay, but quicker is always better.
  • Change request response is good, but can be faster on cost/hour estimate.
There is one ticket was over aged, since the resume of service back a month ago. still room for improvement.
