Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Mobile cell phone usage is a must for us. RingEX makes it easy to use. Auto Attendant is important as well to us. RingEX does a great job here. They were also able to use our existing Mitel phones. That saved us a lot of money. Their support has been outstanding.

  • The admin portal has improved, but the UI needs a little work.
  • Search in the admin portal doesn't always work well.
  • Helping us get our SMS set up successfully. I know it isn't you creating a problem.
  • We are saving about $500 a month from Mitel.
  • Allowing our users to use the firm phone number from their mobile device. This is huge.
  • Ease of use of the different apps
We've never had an issue with reliability.
We were on a Mitel system that did many things well. I don't know that we saw much from a productivity or efficiency standpoint. It just continued to provide good-quality servers and support.

Evaluating RingEX and Competitors

Yes - MItel. Because it was going end of life.

Not sure I'd change it. But I would get better information on implementation. Implementation was a nightmare. Not all RingEX's fault, though.

I think the sales team could do a better job warning their customers about things to look out for.

They have done a great job overall. Sometimes, you have to start a new conversation with someone else, but generally speaking, it's been great. They helped us save around $500 a month.

Yes. It has been worth it.
We had about 50 temp numbers that were given to us for implementation. But RingEX kept them on our account, costing us about $500 a month. We were able to get them off pretty quickly. It was not a very difficult process.
